Thank you for requesting our mascot and or player(s) for your event! The goal of the New Mexico Runners arena soccer organization is to serve the community through appearances. This form is a request only and our community outreach staff will contact you regarding your request. In order to have a successful event, please follow the rules below:
***Appearances are first come, first serve and are not guaranteed. In order to guarantee an event appearance, fee is required.***
Fees:
Current Runners Sponsor: $40/hour
Non-Profit/School: $60/hour
For-Profit Business/Private Party: $80/hour
-Please make your requests a minimum of 10 days before your event.
-If your event is more than 10 miles outside of Rio Rancho/Albuquerque, a $0.59/mile charge for travel expenses will apply.
-A private dressing room is REQUIRED if needed. Public restrooms are NOT ACCEPTABLE as changing rooms.
-If an event is deemed unsafe, the mascot and/or player(s) may leave at any time.
-A parking spot close to the event must be provided. If a parking pass is required, event organizer must arrange a
time to hand the pass off to a New Mexico Runners representative prior to the event.
-Promotion of the mascot or player(s) appearing must be pre-approved by a New Mexico Runners representative.
-A New Mexico Runners representative will confirm with you the booking and ensure availability for everyone. If it's determined the mascot and/or player(s) cannot make the event due to a schedule conflict or any other reason, you will be reimbursed.
-Fee must be paid in full prior to the event. Please make sure you select the right Type of Organization above to ensure fee is properly tallied.
